Every pallet position reports its own cycle state. Operators see at a glance which positions are freezing, which are open and ready to load, and which pallets are done and ready to pull — no walking the racks.
Core-Temp Prediction
The AutoSense Est. column is the patented touchless prediction of internal case core temperature. The cycle ends the moment the product actually hits target — not hours later “to be safe.”
Seal Quality
Seal Δp is the differential pressure across the pallet face. A healthy running cycle reads roughly 0.7–1.2, while an idle position sits near zero. The facility-wide Good Seal % tells you bypass air is under control on every cycle.
Alarms
Sensor, fan, and communication faults raise Minor, Major, or Critical alarms on the dashboard and route to your team by email, text, and mobile push — like the simulated Lidar Sensor Error above.
Power & Energy
Per-unit power, system total kW, and daily kWh are tracked continuously. Variable-speed EC fans ramp down as pallets approach target, so the power curve falls as cycles finish — energy goes where the freezing is.

The dashboard itself is fully responsive — it works in any phone or tablet browser. There is also a dedicated QFMonitoring mobile app with push notifications, so critical alarms reach your team even when nobody is watching a screen.
