Privacy Policy

The QuickFreeze Internal Dashboard (the “Application”) is operated by Tippmann Engineering, LLC for internal business use only. This policy describes how the Application handles data.
Data we access
The Application reads operational business data from internal systems and connected third-party services, including: sales records (Salesforce, MRPEasy), inventory levels and product costs (MRPEasy), financial account balances and aging reports (QuickBooks Online), equipment maintenance and safety event records (Gravity Forms entries on qfreeze.com), and employee count metadata (WordPress user roles).
How data is stored
Data is stored on AWS Lightsail infrastructure under Tippmann Engineering, LLC’s control. OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected services are stored server-side, are never transmitted to browsers, and are accessible only to the operating-system user that runs the application.
Who can see the data
Only authenticated WordPress users with explicit role assignments (Administrator or Dashboard Viewer) can view the dashboard. The Application does not sell, share, or transmit data to advertisers, analytics services, or any third party other than the connected services from which the data originates.
Authentication
User authentication is handled via Google Workspace single-sign-on, which inherits the multi-factor authentication policy enforced by the QuickFreeze Google Workspace tenant.
Data retention and deletion
Cached data refreshes on a daily schedule. Authentication tokens for connected services may be revoked at any time by an Administrator via the Application’s connect/disconnect interface, which also invokes the corresponding revocation endpoint of the third-party service.
