QuickFreeze Monitoring — Dashboard Guide
Everything you need to start watching your freezing systems online and on your phone.
1. Activate your account
When your account is created, you’ll receive an email from QuickFreeze Monitoring with a button that says “Create Your Password.” Click it and choose a password you’ll remember.
2. Log in
Go to qfmonitoring.com and sign in with your email address and the password you just created. Your dashboard opens automatically in full screen.
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot password” on the login screen and follow the email instructions.
3. Reading your dashboard
Your dashboard shows the live status of your QuickFreeze equipment. Depending on your system, you’ll typically see:
- Live temperatures for each monitored zone or unit.
- Cycle status — whether a unit is freezing, defrosting, or idle.
- Alarms — anything that needs attention is flagged in red.
- History & charts — trends over the past hours and days.
Tap or click any tile to drill into more detail. Use the date/time controls to look back at history.
4. Cycle times & who can change them
Cycle times control how your equipment runs its freeze and defrost cycles. Whether you can change them depends on your access level:
- Customer User — view-only. You can see everything (live status, alarms, history) but cannot change cycle times or settings.
- Customer Administrator — can adjust cycle times and other equipment attributes for your systems.
If you need to change a setting and don’t have the option, ask your QuickFreeze contact to upgrade your access to Customer Administrator.
5. Full screen
Your dashboard is set to open in full screen so you see the most information at a glance — great for a wall display or monitor in your facility. You can exit full screen any time using the toolbar.
6. Get the mobile app
Check your systems from anywhere. Download the QuickFreeze app and sign in with the same email and password.
