El aire de congelaci\u00f3n debe recorrer <em>a trav\u00e9s de<\/em> sobre el pal\u00e9, no a su alrededor. Estas son las pr\u00e1cticas de carga que permiten aprovechar al m\u00e1ximo cada ciclo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"qf-section\">\n<div class=\"qf-container\">\n<h2>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 la carga determina el tiempo de congelaci\u00f3n?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"section-sub\">La clave est\u00e1 en la circulaci\u00f3n del aire. La falta de espaciadores, los huecos en la chimenea, las capas superiores sueltas y el producto que sobresale de la cara del pal\u00e9 facilitan el paso del aire <em>alrededor de<\/em> la carga \u2014 y cada pie c\u00fabico que no se coloca en el pal\u00e9 representa un rendimiento de congelaci\u00f3n por el que pagaste y que no recibiste.<\/p>\n<div class=\"qf-eg-note\">\n<p><strong>La carga y el almacenamiento van de la mano.<\/strong> La altura de la abertura se adapta al tama\u00f1o de tu palete real m\u00e1s alto, para que el aire no pueda pasar por encima de una pila m\u00e1s baja \u2014 v\u00e9ase <a href=\"\/es\/engineering-guide\/racking\/\">Secci\u00f3n 3: Estanter\u00edas<\/a>. La carga es la otra mitad: ni siquiera una abertura del tama\u00f1o perfecto puede solucionar el problema de una pila que bloquea su propio flujo de aire.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"qf-section alt\">\n<div class=\"qf-container\">\n<h2>Armar la pila para Airflow<\/h2>\n<p class=\"section-sub\">Cuatro h\u00e1bitos que marcan la diferencia entre una congelaci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida y uniforme y una lenta y desigual.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"qf-principle\">1.
